The Denver Law Review's general interest issues are now full. However, we are still accepting and reviewing submissions for our symposium issue.
This year's symposium, entitled, "Beyond Profit: Antitrust Regulation, Market
Structure, and the Boundaries of Corporate Power," explores the role that antitrust regulation plays in market design and structure. This symposium considers not only the traditional
price and output effects of competition policy but takes a broader view of how
market structures influence firm behavior and create baseline conditions for
either competition or concentration.
We are seeking articles that
explore whether antitrust should focus on anticompetitive forces baked into the architecture of the market itself
and how those factors incentivize corporate behaviors that suppress
competition.
We look forward to reviewing your submissions.
